Production
The director previous film is Kunguma Poovum Konjum Puravum produced by S P B Charan soon after he produced next venture film is Vanavarayanum Vallavarayanum starrer S P B Charan and Premgi Amaren in lead roles. However the film production was failed. In september 2010, the team announced krishna will be the lead in the movie, produced by Talking Times Movies.
Ma Ka Pa Anand roped for second lead role, appearing as krishna's brother. Niharika Kareer also signed for the film, she is a pair for Ma Ka Pa. While she plays traditional tamil girl role. Monal Gajjar previously appeared in kannada and telugu films, it's a second tamil movie for him. Veteran actress sowcar janaki played as a grand mother for krishna and mkp anand. June 22 2012, the shoot was launched, ten days of shoot in Nagercoil and Pollachi.

The music director is Yuvan Shankar Raja, while he has played the song tracks and background score. The song contains 6 and will be released on may 5 2014 at satyam cinemas. Junglee music bagged the rights for the album.
